Mould design: The mould are designed and build by experienced engineers and technical staff who can collaborate with our client's own engineers on the design of castings to ensure smooth production and good performance for finished products

The mould are designed by PRO/ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS, UNIGRAPHICS and simulation analysis software to be sure the quality and high efficiency before tooling machining. Mould cavity and frame will be machined by modern equipments such as CNC machining center, EDM machines and EDM wire cutting machines.
